Ginger and Raspberry immune booster
This is my go to juice when I need to boost my immune system, its so easy to make and it tastes great! It doesn't have to be saved for breakfast it makes a yummy frozen drink for hot summer days (using frozen fruit) or as a tasty alcohol free cocktail. The fiery ginger is anti inflammatory, anti nausea and can help fight infections. Raspberries not only taste delicious but have so many health benefits, from high levels of vitamin C (antioxidants that boost our immunity) there is research to show the berries help prevent cancers too. Raspberries are high in fibre and have an anti coagulant property which helps thin the blood. Baobab is a fruit from Africa and has an extremely high potency of Vitamin C, Baobab powder has a tangy slight citrus flavour. As a side note if I'm using superfood powders I always try to use organic to make sure that I'm getting the purest form of the product.
